The SAM.gov website is where you will register your Church to obtain a UEI (Unique Entity Identifier), which is required for both State and Federal House of Worship Grants.
In preparation for the registration video, please have the following ready in PDF format:
A copy of your EIN (Employer Identification Number) documentation
Two recent utility bills (recommended: electricity/gas and cable/internet)
These documents are required to verify the Church’s physical address.
