As of December 31, 2020, Brivo will discontinue Brivo Onsite Servers. Brivo recognizes most of its customer-based has upgraded its services to the cloud, and technology is moving on from an on-premise solution.
Clear Connection will continue to support our existing Onsite Servers customers throughout 2021. We will continue to honor existing warranty commitments – support of control panel hardware, replacement servers, upgrade options until the warranty expires. The software Support Agreements (SSA) will continue to receive software upgrades through the annual (SSA) expiration.
We recommend that all Onsite Server customers upgrade to Brivo Access to Brivo OnAir. Brivo OnAir has several features that mirror the Onsite Server’s capabilities, and we will continue to invest in the development of exciting new features for Brivo OnAir.
